Is this plan PRIMARY diet or exercise?
To start the personalized plan we avoid exercise to focus on your habits of food. Later you can introduce exercises that will be beneficial to your goals. We also have a fit program to reach your goals.
How should I prepare for my meeting with you?
After receiving a link and time for our meeting you should be ready to answer health related questions along with having your goals in mind.
How can losing weight improve my health?
Losing weight is an action in return with healthier habits. Establishing a healthy diet and exercise you can improve your quality of life, feeling better in your body, increased energy, better sleep and even chances of living longer.
How long can i expect it to take me to lose weight?
Every person is different in their goals and body type. On average in the first 2 weeks you should see and start to feel a difference.
